Fiona Phillips is to stand in for Simon Mayo on 5Live for a week from 30th March. From
Media Guardian, rather than the BBC press office. Phillips began her career in commercial radio, working for County Sound in Guildford, Peterborough's Hereward Radio and Mercury FM in west Sussex.
