Press Gazette reports that the FT's cover price rises 30p on Monday - to £1.80 a copy. Editor Lionel Barber said this week “We have increased our price steadily since I took over and we’ve seen that circulation hasn’t fallen. We’re offering something which is valuable and we’re going to charge for it."
Last week the Daily Star cut its price to 20p..
