A splendid farewell last night for five stalwarts of the BBC Radio Newsroom - Tim Bailey, Andy Lewis, Geoff Stayton, Dave Treanor and Rick Evans. On-air credits for editors and sub-editors are not generally a feature of radio news output, but if you've been a regular listener to bulletins, summaries and headlines on Radio2, Radio 4 and Radio 5Live over the past 20 or so years, you've probably heard more of their words than any BBC reporter or correspondent...
