Yesterday, my friends in the W1 Project took me for lunch to Maze (Gordon Ramsay's restaurant in Grosvenor Square). We had a nine course tasting meal at the Chef's Table in the kitchens - and I got to dress up, and cook scallops…. Brilliant.
