Retention

Employee churn rates are analysed by HR specialists for signs of organisational weakness. It could mean people don't like working for you, or you're not paying enough, or you've recruited real talent that's being nicked, or you've recruited badly and are squeezing people out.

In the current BBC vacancy lists, there are 43 posts in London, 24 in Salford and 8 in Birmingham. Brighter people than me can look at the ratios and see what it may mean...
