Filling holes

The hole in the ground along Mortimer Street W1 that was once the Middlesex Hospital has another scheme finally on the way.  Architects Sheppard Robson have produced a new masterplan for the site, that is expected to lead to a new planning application sometime in 2011, after a new joint venture partnership paid some £150m for the three acre site.  From Property Week.
