Frosted Candy ?
The re-development of the Middlesex Hospital site in "Fitzrovia" seems to be marking time. Billed in The Times as London's largest residential and office development, at a cool £1bn, in February last year, it used to feature the high profile Candy brothers and an Icelandic bank as key investors. Westminster Council, as a planning authority, likes to see continuous demolition and construction, but it's not impossible for dumper trucks to drive round a site empty to enhance an impression of business as normal.
