A federal judge in Florida has cleared the way for the BBC to serve witness subpoenas on Donald Trump Jr., Ivanka Trump, Jared Kushner and Attorney General Eric Herschmann by post. It means the BBC can bypass Secret Service security blocks by using certified mail and email to demand statements and documents.
