The ITV late news returned to 10pm last night, and was rewarded with an average audience of 1.95m - a 12.3% share.
News at Huw was watched by 3.93m (24.7% share).
Earlier The One Show saw the return from maternity leave of Alex Jones (for two days a week to start with) and the audience moved back just above 4m.
