Continuing her growth policy of hiring more and more project-dedicated HR people, BBC transformation grande dame Valerie Hughes D'Aeth needs two co-ordinators for BBC Studios.
"The HR Project Co-ordinator will play an integral role in supporting the delivery of the Studios project Organisational Design and implementation through providing accurate and timely data to support decision making; undertake effective data analysis; and manage the Studios baseline data."
Cynics might say this 'data' is just headcount. How many people do we employ now ? How many can we afford to employ in the future ?
