For all the noise about change and re-structuring in BBC management, the churn factor over the past three years is around 33% - quite modest in the media world.
It's my calculation, based on Freedom of Information figures about entitlement to car allowances. In 2013/14, 327 staff were still getting the benefit, which was removed from contracts for new appointees from April 2012. In 2015/16, the figure was 216. The allowance is worth £5,425 a year.
