Ever bought a computer program you found you didn't like ?  The BBC clearly has issues with SuccessFactors, described as "cloud-based business execution software" which "delivers business alignment, team execution, people performance, and learning management solutions".

So, in traditional BBC style, they're going to modify it, with the help of a new HR Specialist, Project Manager, My Development. The jobs description is pretty frank about what needs to change..."The original implementation of the online tool has led to some delivery issues in the organisation – these include it’s requirement for rigid process and policy compliance; changes in the organisational structures during the implementation of the tool and hence issues with the scope of population covered; it’s use internationally; etc."

And the 'learning management solution' clearly hasn't been helping with eliminating misuse of apostrophes.
