Congratulations to Kim Shillinglaw, unsaddled from BBC2 in January, now getting a leg-up with the Endemol Shine Group. She'll start in September, in the new role of Director of Factual Programming in the Endemol UK wing, reporting to accountancy-trained CEO Richard Johnston.
Still no word on a new salary level for Patrick Holland, who's taken the diminished role of Channel Editor BBC2, in the wake of Kim's depature. How close will it be to Kim's package of £227k ?
