Elsewhere the record reveals the existence of a BBC Arts Group, which features incoming non-executive Nicholas Serota. "It consists of BBC and independent arts and cultural leaders and its full recommendations will come to the September meeting of the Executive Board."  Who are these cultural leaders ? Will we ever be told ?
