First pass

Pressing on for a luncheon engagement, I merely note that the word Yentob doesn't appear in the BBC Annual Report for 2015/16. 'Distinctive' is there, 61 times, 'The Night Manager' nine times. BBC Worldwide CEO Tim Davie takes home a bonus bigger than the Prime Minister's salary, at £224k, making his package for the year worth £664k.

BBC Online, which I think excludes BBC News online, spent more, but its reach was largely static, and cost per user per week rose to 9.4p, compared with 7.6p last year.

The BBC World Service offering in Kyrgyz is reaching 3.0m, compared with 0.1m last year - an increase of 2,808.7%.
