As the BBC heads into Performance Development Review season, the siren voice of former HR Director Lucy Adams can still be heard within its Portland stone walls. Lucy now thinks the process is a waste of time, and is offering a "webinar" to all and sundry, entitled "No More Appraisals", at a mere £49 + VAT for an hour and 15 minutes on 11th July.
The offer is being promoted on the Linkedin website, and I'm sure it'll get wider circulation after a "like" by Nigel Lewis, Head of Employee Relations and Policy at the BBC since February.
