Put another nickel in..

Just a brief progress report on Electric Jukebox, the wifi-dongle and music streaming service endorsed by our Culture Secretary. It was supposed to be available "in time for Christmas". That later moved to "Easter". Plans for a US launch have been put on hold. It is still available to pre-order, for a £30 discount on the first-year-fee of £179. This still seems high to industry observers.

The man behind the jukebox, Rob Lewis, has donated £5,000 to John Whittingdale.
