It's not, perhaps, surprising that a survey of BBC staff and freelancers conducted by the union BECTU, gets a 64% 'No' to the question "Do you think the management of BBC Studios has any idea what it is doing?".
A more worrying indicator of dithering is that, nine days ahead of the creation of this new division, there are people who do not know whether or not they are 'in scope'.
