You might think this is the perfect product for BBC America - but the drama's co-production deal with AMC networks is separate to their controlling share of BBC America, so it goes on AMC. BBC America continues to celebrate the UK's production vibrant production industry with, this Wednesday, back-to-back Star Trek: Next Generation episodes from 11.00am to midnight.
Nielsen estimates that BBC America lost 1.1m million subscribers over the last year, down to 86.5m. AMC profits for the fourth quarter of last year were up 16%.
