As we wait for changes at BBC News, CNN has decided that 50 jobs associated with its website are to go - in favour of more roles to deliver material to mobile devices. "The restructuring is a fundamental shift from a team organized around a traditional website to one poised for success across all platforms, specifically mobile" says Andrew Morse, billed as Executive Vice President of Editorial for CNN U.S. and GM of CNN Digital Worldwide.
