Congratulations to Fiona Campbell, First Holder of The Newly-Minted Post of Controller BBC News Mobile and Online.
Fiona is well-wired; a daughter of Belfast and now a scion of Stepney, chum of Alan Rusbridger, Famke Janssen and Croatian princes, she's been important to the "message" of moving BBC3 online - it needs to have some documentary successes for Lord Hall's gamble to pay off over the first year.
She's chairing the Advisory Panel for the Edinburgh TV Festival this year, which brings more connections - and Director of News James Harding has gushed about the "electric effect" she's had on Current Affairs since he
appointed her to head the department two and half years ago.
