No self-doubt

As the BBC rushes to tidy up its online list of well-paid senior managers, it looks as if new entrants get to write their own versions of why they're worth it, under the section 'Roles and responsibilities'. For example, this paragraph on groovy Head of Television Music (shortened rather misleadlingly to "Head of TV, Music.") Mark Cooper.

"He is responsible for bringing many performance strands and critically acclaimed documentaries to the BBC, demonstrating exceptional judgement of the BBC’s audiences, combined with outstanding connections across the music industry."

Clearly worth every penny of £156,130 a year.
