A day after Culture Secretary John Whittingdale posed behind a banner emblazoned 'Let's take back control', the BBC says Charter renewal will have no impact on its EU referendum coverage.
This assurance comes from Chief Political Adviser Ric Bailey, who was no doubt involved when Whitters last flexed his muscles on the issue in June 2015.
