Journey time

The BBC's Director of Studios, Peter Salmon, is looking for a Head of Development. I think the money might be better invested in someone who can write plain English. Here are some extracts from the ad, with my square brackets.

Creativity and competitiveness in television production is key to BBC Studios and as Head of Development you will use your understanding [of ?] the UK audience to ensure BBC Studios is reaching all audiences, providing commercially viable programming.

Role responsibility includes...

Ownership and management of cross-genre development pipeline, involved with editorial, production management, commercial and RLBA [lost me, Pete] from inception of ideas through completion of production to coordinate and enhance collaboration [que ?]

Transform and evolve the customer experience, building trusting relationships, deepening BBC Studios understanding of the customers needs and goals with a view of how best BBC Studios can achieve [what ?] jointly with them.

Building strong relationships across BBC Studios and working collaboratively to ensure the working relationship and interactions with BBC Studios are simple, consistent and seamless throughout the whole customer journey.

The salary is billed as "competitive", which probably also means "secret".
