The chemistry between male and female presenters in news and current affairs can be entertaining. Compare and contrast, say, Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid, with the BBC's latest offering, James Harding and Zanny Minton-Beddoes. This week, this new radio couple posed the question "Should the West bring Vladimir Putin in from the cold ?", and then answered it themselves. A producer might ask of a presenter "What's ice-hockey got to do with it ?", if he wasn't the Director of News. Rather bold edit to end the rollicking badinage....
