The number of BBC staff who receive free medical insurance is going down, as is the total amount spent on the perk. However, in the way of private health, the individual cost of those still on "old benefits" keeps going up.
2012: 442 staff on healthcare - average cost £1581
2013: 395 staff on healthcare - average cost £1875
2014: 364 staff on healthcare - average cost £1925
