After the highs of Britain's Got Talent, Tuesday's overnight viewing figures for ITV are pretty grim.
At 8pm, the network offered "Rebuild Our Home", from RDF TV, fronted by Nicky Campbell channelling Nick Knowles. 1.65m (8.4% share).
At 9pm came The Secret Life of Your House, with entomologist Dr George McGavin, and voice over from Davina McCall, made by ITV Studios-owned Garden Productions. 1m (4.7%).
Not surprisingly, News at Ten struggled - though some did switch on. 1.01m (5.8% ).
Former (last) Controller of BBC4, Richard Klein, has been Director of Factual at ITV since May 2013.
