The average salary of London-based staff working in the BBC's language services is £42,754. The average for BBC Network News is £52, 027.
The percentage of self-declared black, Asian and minority ethnic staff working in the BBC's language services is 74.%. The percentage in Network News is 13.2%. Again, this is for London-based people.
