The pipeline of minutes from the BBC Board is running a little dry at the moment; from the scant notes of the Editorial Standards Committee meeting in May we can surmise that there was at least a little ding-dong between Director of Global News Jonathan Munro and Senior Editorial Adviser David Grossman.
