Users of X may have noticed a flurry of posts from GB News accounts last month about "beating BBC News in prime time".  

On the public figures for July, they're still in third place for monthly reach. BBC News reached 8.5m over the month, down from 9.9m in June and way down from 12.8m a year ago. 

Sky News reached 7.5m, down from 8.3m in June and way down from 10m twelve months ago.

GB News reached 3.8m, up from 3.75m in June, and up from 3.68m a year ago.
