David Attenborough has demonstrated his adaptability as a species. Last night, in "Asia", The Himalayas became very definitely, The Himalaya. In The Living Planet, of 1984, they were The Himalayas. In Michael Palin's 2004 series it was Himalaya. Now Attenborough has fallen into line.
