Cutter

So now Dimbleby Major is to sail the coast of Britain for his next take on the UK's history - doubtless to be followed by a book. He's taking his own boat, moored at Dittisham near Dartmouth, called "Rocket". It came fourth in Dartmouth's 2011 Sailing Week, in the "Small Gaffer Class", skippered by Henry Dimbleby, chef and co-owner of the Leon fast food chain.

Before you say "It's been done", one suspects it'll be a different cultural take on maritime Britain from that offered by Timothy Spall.

This move narrows the field for other BBC greats. Paxman Pedals Past ?  Titchmarsh Hitches Home ?
