Is it Collect-A-Royal week for Mark Thompson, on his last year-of-duty visits ?  The Duchess of Cambridge yesterday, in Oxford, where Mark is a patron of The Art Room project (and his wife Jane is an advisor) - and presumably, MediaCityUK tomorrow, for Princess Anne opening the Blue Peter garden, a short can-or-fag-packet-throw from the tram-stop.
