So Nick Grimshaw is leaving the Radio 1 Breakfast show (though not the station) after six years. He took over with an audience of 6.7m; latest figures show it around 5m. Nick, 33, is to be replaced by Greg James, 32, who missed out on the gig in 2012.
Greg (Bishop Stortford High School, 2.1 Drama, UAE and winner of Best Male Presenter at the Student Radio Awards 2005) has been on Drive and was last year selected to host Sounds Like Friday Night, the tottering-along mini-me of Top of The Pops.
