Sky News' Mark Kleinman has a scoop with the news that the Insolvency Service will seek to stop nine former directors of the charity Kids Company from serving on boards for periods between two and half years and six years. The maximum ban available is 15 years.
Alan Yentob is the sole director and shareholder in I Am Curious, a television production company set up in May last year.
