Ten Days

Ten days of High Court time has been set aside to hear Sir Cliff v The BBC, marked down as a "A" class trial, one of importance and complexity.

But in a ruling on costs, Chief Master Marsh has had a pop at planned expenditure by Sir Cliff's lawyers of 440 hours in trial preparation and the number of fee earners he will have representing him in court. All shaping up nicely, though there's still time for a deal.
