Welsh re-run

Whatever went wrong with the first go at appointing a non-executive Board member to represent Wales at the BBC, they're finally having another try.

We don't know the name of the Welsh civil servant on the first interview panel, whose recommendation, Dr Carol Bell, was vetoed by Alun Davies, Minister for Lifelong Learning and Welsh Language.

Paul Kindred (Fairwater Comprehensive, Cwmbran and Pontypool College of Further Education) is on the second panel, as Senior Policy Analyst, Creative Industries, Welsh Government. Paul, with a smiley appended, fleshes out his Linkedin profile with "Under-graduate at the University of Life & hoping to remain so for many years to come ! Reading the novels of William Shatner & listening to the White Album..."

Applications close at 0800 on the 27th of this month, with final interview not till 15th May.
