Followers of the fortunes of BBC pensioner and former COO, Caroline Thomson, will be heartened to know she managed to scrape together nearly £50k in August to buy shares in Vitec. She added a non-executive directorship there to her rolling portfolio in November last year.
The shares have gone up by £1,765 in three weeks.
