Welcome, retention, discovery

myBBC is coming to get you. They're advertising for a Direct Audience Engagement Campaign Co-ordinator. 

This role will give you the opportunity to manage the execution and deployment of multi-channel direct marketing campaigns and capabilities across a range of BBC products, with the aim of building long-term relationships with BBC audiences and driving deeper engagement and appreciation with known individuals. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

Setting up, delivering and deploying direct marketing campaigns across multiple direct marketing channels – the primary focus will be email.

Assisting senior campaign managers in the execution of customer journey plans (e.g. welcome, retention, discovery) using behavioural and usage data to personalise communications and drive behavioural change that deepens engagement.
