Well done to The Times' Beth Rigby for securing an interview (paywalled) with Primrose Hill twitterer, Liverpool fan and current unemployment statistic Danny Cohen. Less well done for failing to extract a convincing answer on why Danny quit as BBC Director of Television in October last year.

Danny tells Beth (who, by the way, is heading to Sky News) that he's off to Los Angeles this weekend and has "something" in the pipeline.
