Though Tata may be pulling out of steelmaking in Wales, it looks as if their contribution to the Hay Festival will continue. The Tata Tent is the event's biggest venue, and the hottest ligging ticket is the Landrover (Tata) and GQ celeb dinner, featuring Notting Hill's finest in tweed and wellies.
The full programme comes out in April, but we know Hill residents Dave Gilmour and Polly Samson will discuss song-writing with Rosie Boycott. Other events already announced feature Martha Kearney and Bridget Kendall, so the BBC thread also looks set to continue. What level of Yentob, post-BBC Creative Director, can we expect ?
