The Gaelic poet of news, Fergal Keane, was deployed to Paris on BBC bulletins last night. Presumably subs only check his scripts to see if they scan properly ("Paris taking comfort in a shared humanity"). The concert hall was renamed 'Batacalan'.

Looking sad in shot seems to be a requirement of coverage. On Monday, Panorama's John Sweeney looked more miserable than Kay Burley's dog.
