Sad to see Chris Eakin, one of the founder presenting team of News 24, say a quiet goodbye this weekend. Chris (Calday Grange Grammar and Wirral Newspapers) brought wry humour and style to the job for 18 years. There'd be an uproar if a female presenter had to depart in the same manner.
